Lets face it - amarr ships are very very cap dependant. If you don't have a cap recharge around 200 or so, you simply can't fire your guns and use any sort of defense for very long (and you WILL run out of cap nomatter how you fit) So you suggest...

Stoop, I can fire 8 laser weapons forever - that's not the problem. And I can kill a ship in 30 seconds, that's not the problem either. The problem is if you run a shield booster at the same time, and the problem is damage on the lasers was nerfed...
